CLEP Test Questions

CLEP Test

One of the best ways to prepare for the CLEP test is to take a practice examination. There are a number of sources of mock exams for all of the various CLEP areas. The use of CLEP practice tests offers several advantages, perhaps the most important of which is the opportunity to become familiar with the time constraints of the test. Students who neglect to take a practice CLEP test are much more likely to run out of time during the real exam. The test has been designed to provide plenty of time to complete each section, but there is not enough time to check and recheck your work. Perfectionists who are accustomed to working with a high degree of thoroughness may feel a bit constrained. For this reason, taking a practice CLEP test can be a highly worthwhile method of preparation.

Students who take a sample exam find they develop an intuitive sense of the time limits, and they know how long they should spend on each problem. This sense of pace gives them the freedom to concentrate on their work rather than concentrating on the time. At the same time, a good practice CLEP test demonstrates the difficulty level of the questions on the real exam. Students who are familiar with the kinds of questions contained in the exam are able to study more effectively.
