CLEP Test Questions

CLEP Tests

No matter which of the CLEP tests you intend to take, you need to prepare your mind and body for the day of the exam. To perform your best, you need to get a good night of sleep before your exam. Avoid eating right before bed and don't drink anything alcoholic or caffeinated. As much as possible, you want to minimize personal distractions before the CLEP tests. All the important people in your life should be aware that you will be taking an examination and know not to disturb you unless there is an emergency. Communicating effectively with your friends, family, and colleagues will enable you to get some space in the days before the exam. On the day of your CLEP tests, be sure to leave yourself plenty of time to reach the testing center.

Take into consideration that a traffic accident or some other unforeseen event may increase the time it takes to reach your destination. Before you leave the house, eat a healthy but not excessive breakfast. You will be given a brief break during the CLEP tests, during which you can eat a small snack. Avoid eating too much, as this can sap your mental energy. If you are a habitual coffee or tea drinker in the morning, drink enough to satisfy your craving without overindulging. The jittery feeling many people get from too much caffeine can diminish your performance on the CLEP tests. Above all, relax as you sit for your examination. Take a few deep breaths, stretch your arms and neck, and get ready to concentrate. As long as you have prepared thoroughly for the CLEP tests, you should have nothing to worry about.
